Vision 2030 Club is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of data for users of the Club's website and ensuring its use to achieve the required level in providing the necessary service to users in accordance with the provisions and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Club's website collects some personal data from you, and using the Club's website constitutes acceptance of the privacy notice. Personal data is stored within the Club on secure servers, using the best technologies to protect these servers in accordance with the security controls issued by the National Cybersecurity Authority, to ensure unauthorized access to personal data is prevented and cyber risks are minimized. Data is disposed of securely when the purpose for which it was collected ends, so that it cannot be recovered again.

Personal data is not disclosed to other parties except after obtaining the person's prior consent or the existence of a regulatory justification as stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations.

In the Club's commitment to applying the Personal Data Protection Law in force in the Kingdom and its executive regulations, the personal data owner has the following rights:

  • Right to Access Personal Data: The personal data owner has the right to request a copy of their personal data, via email ([email protected]), and to obtain a copy of their personal data in a clear and readable format
  • Right to Correct Personal Data: The personal data owner has the right to submit a request to modify and update personal data if it is inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete
  • Right to Dispose of Personal Data: The personal data owner has the right to request the disposal of their personal data under certain circumstances unless there is a regulatory text specifying a specific retention period or contractual requirements
  • Right to Withdraw Consent for Processing Personal Data: The personal data owner can withdraw consent for processing their personal data - at any time - unless there are legitimate purposes that require otherwise
